Surface Deactivator creates a polymeric film that acts as a water retention barrier and temporary curing agent, protecting fresh concrete from light rain and reducing moisture loss. Surface Deactivator makes exposed aggregate finishes easier and more consistent. It is topically applied to freshly-placed concrete to prevent cement paste hardening and achieve more controlled exposed aggregate finishes. Unlike sugar-based retarders, Surface Deactivator selectively halts the hydration process down to a controlled depth, allowing a more certain level of retardation. Ten predetermined color-coded exposure depths are available to provide consistent, repeatable cement paste removal and aggregate reveal. Surface Deactivator provides a longer window before the surface paste must be removed, allowing underlying concrete to harden properly, locking in aggregate, and reducing pop-outs. Surface Deactivator is water-soluble for easy removal with high pressure water washing and scrubbing equipment.

It is used to restore heavily coated existing solvent-based acrylic sealers that have started to soften, fade, peel, crack, delaminate, and deteriorate. Surface Aid also clears up white spots or blushing due to moisture content issues. Surface Aid melts the heavily coated existing solvent-based acrylic sealer, and helps restore the original appearance without adding more acrylic to allow the sealer to wear off naturally over time without stripping the existing bulk of the coating.

CRACK FILLER cosmetically repairs scars, gouges, and crack in the outdoor concrete surfaces. This CRACK FILLER will match the texture, color and appearance of specified concrete surfaces. CRACK FILLER must be sealed for maximum blending and longevity. For a more structural repair, fill crack with epoxy or exterior caulk before topping with CRACK FILLER. 1 Quart will fill approximately 100ft of normal crack.

Rust Remover is a highly effective blend of acids and surfactants designed for the removal of rust/metallic discoloration and iron stains from pavers, brick, stone, concrete, and other masonry surfaces. Rust Remover was formulated to dissolve and remove rust stains in the surface often caused by hard water, fertilizer deposits, snowplow abrasion, and corroded metal contact. Rust Remover can be diluted up to 1 part rust remover to 4 parts-water for lighter stains.

Balance is a superior blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives which create a solution unmatched in the industry. Balance neutralizes residues left from acid-based stains and other acid-based products used on concrete for cleaning and preparing purposes, such as muriatic acid. A concrete surface with a neutral pH is required for pretty much all coatings to properly adhere to the substrate. Balance not only neutralizes the surface, but also contains a special additive which not only results in excellent coating adhesion, but enhances acid stain applications.

Surf-Prep is an economical, concentrated acid-based micro etching solution designed for superior profiling of unsealed slick trowel concrete surfaces. It provides the necessary characteristics to properly profile a floor prior to applying stain or other coatings without the harsh hazards of using muriatic acid. Surf-Prep slightly opens the pores to allow adequate adhesion for concrete coatings, and better acid staining color development and reaction.

Citrus Degreaser is an environmentally safe, citrus based, biodegradable, concentrated concrete degreaser and cleaner designed to remove even the toughest deposits of dirt, grease, grime, oil stains, and other contaminating fluids from concrete surfaces. Citrus Degreaser is formulated to be used in exterior and interior applications for general clean up and as a pre-cleaning solution prior to etching or mechanically preparing a concrete surface.

BRICKFORM E-Etch is an environmentally friendly industrial strength floor cleaner, degreaser and light etching product. It is ideal for cleaning and preparing cementitious surfaces for acid staining, decorative overlays, water-based stains, coatings application, etc. It may also be used on concrete, stucco, terrazzo and most masonry surfaces to open up the pores on the surface and clean grime, dirt, grease, scuff marks and stains.

BRICKFORM Neutra Clean is a cleaning and neutralizing agent engineered for use on acid and reactive stained concrete floors prior to sealing and to remove light oil, grease or other types of soils from colored, imprinted and natural concrete surfaces. This product combines cleaning and light de-greasing without the use of petroleum solvents and effectively loosens residues from the staining process as well as loosening release powders from stamped concrete.

Concrete Cleaner is an Eco-friendly, detergent based general purpose concrete cleaner designed to remove soils of dirt, mildew, grime, and other contaminates from a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces. Has no harsh odors, and can be used at full strength or diluted. This Concrete Cleaner is an economical and safe choice for many cleaning projects. Use on Surfaces coated with sealer, epoxy, urethane, wax, etc. and un-coated concrete. Product is very concentrated and dilution may be required. Not intended or recommended to be run through a power washer.

Virtually eliminates the need to add extra water to compensate for rapid evaporation during the finishing process that can cause wind crusting, plastic shrinkage cracking, and poor surface texture. Surf Film is a mono-molecular liquid specially formulated to reduce surface moisture evaporation in adverse conditions.

Fritz-Pak Control Finish is a dry powdered, flatwork, and concrete finishing aid, packaged in an easy-to-use water-soluble pack that allows for easy preparation of solutions at the job site. Control Finish improves concrete surface finishing characteristics without re-tempering with water, thus avoiding many common surface problems such as plastic shrinkage cracks, dusting, cracking, and crazing. Sprayed on lightly and troweled in, Control Finish produces a high-quality surface that is easy to finish and extremely durable. Makes stamping and addition of color hardeners much easier. Packaged in two twin inner packs in each printed bag. The contents of one full bag of Control Finish make a solution that will cover approximately 1,000 square feet (100 square meters).

A citric acid based cleaner required for washing substrate prior to staining with Elements® Transparent Concrete Stain. Opens the pores of the concrete surface to ensure proper penetration. Extremely effective for removing efflorescence and other organic stains from the surface of concrete. Packaged in 1 pound (0.5 kg) and 5 pound (2.3 kg) units, the concentrated powder must be mixed with water prior to use. Can be used to aid in removal of release agent.
